Cleanse Your Liver By Only Using These Two Plants

You can mix fibers that remain after the juicing with brown sugar in ratio — on every 1 kilos / 35 oz of fiber add a 500 gram / 17 oz of brown sugar and 300 grams / 10 oz of honey. The resulting mixture should be put in a warm place. The early phase of liver’s treatment should start with taking one teaspoon of the juice one hour after each meal.

After you ran out of juice, start adding 2 to 3 teaspoons of the previously prepared mixture of radish’s fiber into your food.
This folk remedy will not only clean your liver, but it will also strengthen your lungs and heart. Avoid oily and spicy food while practicing this way of treatment.

Put three pieces of chopped and washed beetroot into a 3-liter jar. Remember not to peel the beetroots. In the same jar add three tablespoons of wheat flour and half a kilo of brown sugar.

Let the mixture stand still in dark place on a room temperature for two days. After that, add 700 grams of raisins, four cups of brown sugar and half a cup of water in the same mixture. Let the mixture stand still for a week. Remember to stir the jar content every day. After the week has passed, strain the mixture.

You should get one liter of juice in the end of this procedure.
